Shipments
After processing an order, it leaves the warehouse within 24 hours. The delivery time for national shipments is 1 to 7 days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, delivery will take an extra day. What is the shipping cost? Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. For national shipments (Spain), the costs are 5€. For EU shipments are 20€. For international shipments, the cost of the shipment is 30€.

Returns
13.14 accepts returns or exchanges for garment orders in their original condition within 14
days of receiving your order.
We must be notified via e-mail at contact@1314store.com of the return reasons. Items returned must include the original box with the original tags attached. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. In case you want to return any of our products, the shipping costs and customs fees (if any) must be paid by the customer.

Refund
13.14 accepts refunds for garment orders in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. The term for the refund can range between 10 and 15 days from the time we receive your
garments in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase
